Many issues (particularly logon issues) can be solved by simply clearing your browsers cache or 'browsing history'. This guide should help you to do that but if it does not please get in touch and let us know which browser you are using and we will email the instructions to you. If you find the instructions are incorrect for your version of the browser, please let us know, browsers and versions change and its hard for us to keep, up with them.
1. Click on the word 'Safari' at the top legt of your screen next to the Apple Logo.
2. Select 'Clear History' from the drop-down menu
3. The select 'All History' from the 'Clear' options box
4. Click the 'Clear History' Button
1. Click on the three dots at the top-right of the Chrome window.
2. Click 'Clear Browsing Data...'
3. Select what you would like to clear (at least Browsing History)
4. Click the 'Clear data' button
1. In Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services .
2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
3. Under Time range, choose a time range (best to choose forever or all time)
4. Select the check box next to each data type you’d like to clear, and then select Clear now.
1. Open the Safari app on your iPad.
2. Tap the Show Sidebar button, tap the History button, then tap Clear.
3. Below Clear Timeframe, choose how much of your browsing history to clear.
Note: If you have Safari profiles set up, select a profile to clear only the history of that profile, or select All Profiles.
4. Tap Clear History.
1. Open the Safari app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the bookmark button, tap the History button, then tap Clear.
3. Below Clear Timeframe, choose how much of your browsing history to clear.
Note: If you have Safari profiles set up, select a profile to clear only the history of that profile, or select All Profiles.
4. Tap Clear History.
